At Kaleido, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
Start Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
